General Refund Policy
Refunds for conference registration fees will be provided according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation requests received on or before 30 September 2026: full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received on or after 1 October 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
